Pay by Phone

We can accept your payment over the telephone. Midland will withdraw your mortgage payment directly from your checking or savings account. Please note there are service fees associated with the Pay by Phone payment option. Fees vary based on whether the payment is scheduled through our Automated System or with a Customer Service Representative or Loan Counselor. Please contact us for more information or to schedule your payment.

* Telephone payments are not posted on weekends. When the late charge date falls on the weekend, the late charge will not be assessed for payments posted on the next business day. Payments must be received by the last business day of the month to avoid negative credit.

** Payments scheduled to draft on a future date will post on the scheduled date.
